Complaint option
If you have experienced something that does not live up to your expectations regarding a product, a booking or a stay at the campsite, you have the following options:
– Contact Ebeltoft Strand Camping as soon as possible with your complaint. When we receive the complaint about a product, a booking or a stay, we will process the complaint as soon as possible. Ebeltoft Strand Camping will decide whether we find that the complaint is justified, whether the goods received should be refunded/exchanged or whether compensation should be provided.
– If you wish to submit your complaint to an external body, you can contact the Center for Complaint Resolution.
– If you do not find a satisfactory solution to your complaint in dialogue with Ebeltoft Strand Camping or at the Center for Complaint Resolution, you can complain to the Consumer Complaints Board. The Consumer Complaints Board makes a legal decision in the case.

Swimming pool
The pool is open from 28/5-2025 until the last weekend in August. The pool is open from 10:00 – 19:00. It is free to use our swimming pool when you stay at our campsite.
Internet
There is wifi throughout the campsite. The wifi connection is not to be used to stream TV and movies, it can only be used to surf the internet
Laundry
There is a laundrette on site. It costs 30 kr. per wash.
Arrival and departure
Arrival in cabins no earlier than 15:00 – departure no later than 10:00
Arrival at pitches at 14:00 – departure at 12:00 at the latest. In low season pay before 12:00 at the latest, departure at 14:00 at the latest.
If your pitch is available and you want to use it before 14:00, it costs DKK 30 per hour started before 12:00.
